Booking Terms

  • The total price displayed on the Site or quoted by customer care includes all applicable government taxes for flights and hotels excluding the service fees / convenience fees.
  • You are required to pay the entire amount, booking price and convenience fees / service fees prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  • There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights/hotel
  • Refund against partially utilized ticket is as per airlines / hotel terms and conditions and could take up to 90 days.
  • To avail of infant / child fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking for flight, and should be of minimum age as per hotel terms. This includes both onward and return journeys, and check-in and checkout dates.
  • If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  • All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / Hotel / Supplier.
  • We recommend user to refer airlines / hotel terms and conditions before confirming the booking.
  • By accepting our booking terms, user is also agreeing to terms & conditions of the respective airline, hotel, and the company.
  • Tvarita Holidays charges a non-refundable per passenger convenience fee of Rs 499/- to Rs 899/- for oneway flights and Rs 899/- to Rs 1599/- for roundtrip flights, however, it may vary for few sectors/airlines.
  • Friends and Family Special Fares are applicable only on all types of bookings as per airline / hotel rules.
  • Seats and rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • Normal baggage allowance applicable for these fares Minimum 2 passengers will be required in the PNR after cancellation in case booked under family fare or as per airline rules.
  • Flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and change(s), we do not have any control on the same.
  • Checkin and Checkout timings are subject to terms and conditions of hotel being booked.
  • Most airlines do not permit infants younger than 7 days. For more information, please get in touch directly with the airlines.
  • As per airline policy, unaccompanied minor passengers are required to carry specific supporting documents. Please contact the airline directly for the same.
  • For hotel check-in at least 1 guest should of 18 Years and above.

Check-in and Check-out

  • As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.
  • For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure.
  • Check-in and Checkout timings are subject to terms and conditions of hotel being booked.
  • The passenger needs to check-in at least 2 hours prior departure for airlines as per their rules, else they will be considered as a no show.
  • In case of early / late check-in in hotel please intimate hotel reception, this may be subject to availability of rooms or you may be charged extra for the same directly by the hotel as per hotel discretion.
  • Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.

Amendments

  • Every booking made on Tvarita Holidays is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline and hotel, which may vary by flight and booking class, which was issued at the time of booking, or hotel rate rules.
  • In case of Online Reschedule, the existing booking id will be auto cancelled with applicable airlines cancellation charges and a fresh booking id will be generated as per current pricing.
  • If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However, if the new fare is lower than the Original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded, but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
  • In addition to the airline's and hotel’s amendment charges, Tvarita Holidays charges an amendment handling fee of Rs 600 per passenger per sector for domestic and Rs 1200 per passenger per sector will be collected. Hotel amendment charges are Rs 800 per room per night over and above hotel rescheduling charges.
  • We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
  • Depending on the airline's and hotel’s policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
  • All flight bookings made through us, can also be amended by calling up the Airline Call Center directly.

Note: Tvarita Holidays is a facilitator who is providing easy and convenient access to reservations. Due to the volatile nature of the aviation and hospitality industry, airlines delay or service delivery issues and default in refund of tickets or hotel bookings. Tvarita Holidays shall be in a position to process customer refunds against flight or hotel bookings only if the same have been refunded by the respective Airline or hotel. In the event an airline or hotel discontinues its operations, Tvarita Holidays will not be accountable for any customer refunds wherein the same have not been refunded by the Airlines or hotel.

Note: Payment amount of the services offerred by Tvarita Holidays will be communicated to customer individually, due to the volatile nature of the aviation and hospitality industry. The amount depends on the departure and arrival destination, selected airlines / hotel and dates of travel and date of booking. So the customer will be shared an amount / payment link for doing the payment. All the bookings will be done only after receiving full payment in advance..
