Cancellation Policy

  • Every booking made on Tvarita Holidays is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline and hotel, which may vary by flight booking class, and fare at which hotel is booked.
  • Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's and hotel’s policy.
  • Cancellation charges: In addition to the airline and hotel cancellation charges, Tvarita Holidays will charge Rs 1500 per passenger per sector for each cancellation.
  • Only cancellation requests made on email or telephone (For emails travel date must be more than 48 Hours) through our customer support shall be entertained. Tvarita Holidays shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.
  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 8 hours before departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled. We will not be able to provide any assistance for these cancellations.
  • For hotel reservation, cancellation can be done only by contacting us.
  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before departure, you'll need to contact our customer care executive through telephone. The request through any other medium will not be entertained.
  • If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Tvarita Holidays will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

Refund Policy

  • It is mandatory to contact Tvarita Holidays for all refunds, as the airline or hotel will not be able to refund your tickets booked at www.tvaritaholidays.com or www.tripwaleservices.com.
  • All cancellations made directly with the Airline or hotel need to be intimated to Tvarita Holidays by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refund process within 6 hours of cancellation.
  • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary depending on the time required by airline or hotel to process the refund.
  • Convenience / booking / advance fees paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests.
  • The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.
  • On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
  • On the event of cancellation of holiday / hotel booking, cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking or at the time of sending quotation shall apply. Cancellation policy may not be shared when booking fare / rate shared is non-refundable. It means that in case of absence of cancellation policy, entire booking is non-refundable.
  • Booking fees (advance) is non-refundable for holidays, and refund as per cancellation policy will be done.
  • In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Tvarita Holidays with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
  • Tvarita Holidays will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline, hotel, and any supplier.

Note: Tvarita Holidays is a facilitator who is providing easy and convenient access to reservations. Due to the volatile nature of the aviation and hospitality industry, airlines delay or service delivery issues and default in refund of tickets or hotel bookings. Tvarita Holidays shall be in a position to process customer refunds against flight or hotel bookings only if the same have been refunded by the respective Airline or hotel. In the event an airline or hotel discontinues its operations, Tvarita Holidays will not be accountable for any customer refunds wherein the same have not been refunded by the Airlines or hotel.

Note: Payment amount of the services offerred by Tvarita Holidays will be communicated to customer individually, due to the volatile nature of the aviation and hospitality industry. The amount depends on the departure and arrival destination, selected airlines / hotel and dates of travel and date of booking. So the customer will be shared an amount / payment link for doing the payment. All the bookings will be done only after receiving full payment in advance..
